    I have the same problem like here:

    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-do-i-create-a-transparent-header-and-leave-a-gap/

    But the solution does not work for me.

    What is going wrong here?

    Thanks Simon

    Hey simonac!

    You can add following code to Quick CSS

    .html_header_transparency .single-portfolio #main {
    padding-top: 125px!important;
    }

    Transparent header will remove the padding from the first element so it is recommended to use image or slider as the first element on pages with transparent header

    Cheers!

    And why is the custom background not behind the header now?

    Thanks

    I foun out that if i switch to boxed layout – then the backround also is behind the header. but how do i get the background behind the header if i have stretched layout?

    Hey!

    You can adjust the padding:

    .html_header_transparency .single-portfolio #main {
    padding-top: 280px!important;
    }

    Hi!

    Can you please provide a screenshot on how you want the header to look like? You can use imgur, dropbox etc.

    Hi!

    Please set the page’s Layout > Header visibility and transparency to Transparent Header then add a separator element at the very top of the page to move the content downwards. This will give you the closest possible layout that the theme options can offer. Unfortunately, this particular task is simply beyond the scope of support and is not a theme related issue. Please hire a freelance developer to modify the theme as you’d like. For further modifications, please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress.

    If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries. Thank you for your understanding.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
