How do I edit the Menu color and the drop down menu color for the menu? Not finding it in the style sheet. any advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

You can find the CSS for the drop down colours in style1.css / style2.css etc in the /css folder.
Search for "/*subnav*/" to find the right section.
If you don't already have it, I'd suggest installing FireBug to help you find the specific CSS for the changes you'd like to make - plus you can edit on screen to see how it looks.
