    Help please!

    Hey!

    What do you mean “linkable flag”? Would you like to add flag images and link them to some website when clicked? (If so, where would you like to display them?). Or would you like use flags as language selector?

    Cheers!

    as language selector but i have the same site in /de and /en. I would like to locate them left of the search bar and the social icons if possible?

    Thank you for helping out !

    So the flags would actually redirect to the /de or the /en site if you understand?

    Hello!

    In your WordPress directory go to Choices folder and open Header.php file and search for “display the themes social media icons” then add this line that starts with echo as shown here http://i.imgur.com/vVbGvLD.jpg
    Insert your links instead of # and change images.
    Then please add following code to Quick CSS

    .flags { float: left; margin-right: 10px; }
    .flags a { padding-right: 5px; }

    Best regards,

    Hi and thanks for the reply. I’m a beginner in css so please let me know if this is correct before I update the page!? If not I would be greatfull if you could help me out putting the correct code in!

    * the avia_social_media_icons function is located in includes/helper-social-media-php
    */
    echo “<div class=’flags’>/a<>/div>”;
    $args = array(‘outside’=>’ul’, ‘inside’=>’li’, ‘append’ => ”);
    avia_social_media_icons($args);.flags { float: left; margin-right: 10px; }
    .flags a { padding-right: 5px; }

    /*

    Hmm looks like the code is getting right in there. don’t know if you can see it there?

    #174072

    Found a fault, this is the good version:

    * display the themes social media icons, defined in the wordpress backend
    * the avia_social_media_icons function is located in includes/helper-social-media-php
    */
    echo “<div class=’flags’></div>”;
    $args = array(‘outside’=>’ul’, ‘inside’=>’li’, ‘append’ => ”);
    avia_social_media_icons($args);.flags { float: left; margin-right: 10px; }
    .flags a { padding-right: 5px; }

    /*
    * Display the search form

    Didn’t work. Please help! Probably put the following in the wrong place:

    { float: left; margin-right: 10px; }
    .flags a { padding-right: 5px; }

    but i’m not sure!?

    EDIT: For English version you can just copy/paste Header.php file and change flag and link as shown in previous posts.

    Thank’s allt for the help! It works great on the http://garhammer.com.preview.binero.se
    but on the http://de.garhammer.com.preview.binero.se

    when i copy paste the header.php it looks like this

    1. The symbol gets in the wrong position.

    2. The flag image doesn’t show

    Would it be the easiest if you got a login for this site too or could you give me some instructions on how to do it.

    Thank you soooo much!!!
