    Hi Guys,

    Have tried messing around with the code in all the previous forum suggestions for putting “search” in different places with no luck so far.

    Can you tell me how I replace “Our Latest Work” button with a search field.

    I’d also like to change the word “search” to Search Videos” – How do I do this?

    Thanks,

    Hey,

    Looks like you’ve already replaced ‘Search’ with ‘Search Videos’

    If you still want to add the search form, open up index.php and find this code:

    $slideshow->setSlideshowSize('S');
    $slideshow->showThumbnails();

    if($k_option['mainpage']['buttonText'])
    {
    echo '<a href="'.get_permalink($k_option['mainpage']['buttonLink']).'" class="big_button heading ie6fix">';
    echo '<strong class="ie6fix">'.$k_option['mainpage']['buttonText'].'</strong><span class="buttonBg dynamicBg"></span></a>';
    }

    Add this immediately under it:

    get_search_form()

    Hi James,

    Thanks, but I think you’ve misunderstood what I want to achieve here or I’ve not described it properly.

    You see the button that says “Latest Videos” (underneath the slider) – I want that totally removed and replaced with a search field. And on the search button I want the word “search” replaced with “search videos”.

    Does that make more sense?

    Cheers,

    Craig
