How do I set up a page to display the Forum?

I have looked everywhere and can't find a way to create the forum. It is installed in my Wordpress Dashboard and I created a sample topic Please advise and thank you

Hi thetutu169,

What Theme are you using? If this is with the bbPress plugin use the below shortcodes to create a page to show the forum index, then link to that page in your menu. You can also link directly to specific forums from the menu.

Generally, you can use shortcodes (like with WooCommerce) to specify a page for specific use with the plugin. Here are some general ones to get you started:

* Forums
[bbp-forum-index] - Show the forum index/archive
[bbp-single-forum id=$forum_id] - Show a single forums topics

* Topics
[bbp-topic-index] - Show the topics index/archive
[bbp-topic-form] - Show the new topic form
[bbp-single-topic id=$topic_id] - Show a single topic

* Topic Tags
[bbp-topic-tags] - Show a tag cloud of all topic tags
[bbp-single-topic-tag] - Show the topics within a specific tag

* Replies
[bbp-reply-form] - Show the topic reply form

* Views
[bbp-single-view] - Show topics associated with a specific view
