How do I stop getting emails from the forum?

When I asked a question in the forum I indicated I wanted to receive an email letting me know when a response was received, but I am getting emails on every forum post and want to stop it. I tried to figure it out, but was unsuccessful.

What topics are you getting responses to? It should only ever send you an email for replies on topics you are subscribed to.
