How do we backup the Enfold settings?

How do we backup the Enfold settings?

Most themes have a backup / restore of settings, but we could not locate this with Enfold. We updated our primary domain in our hosting account and most sites worked fine except the enfold theme. When we went into the theme, all settings were lost as if it was totally reset.

We’re going to revert back the account, backup enfold settings, and then restore them once we know how it is backed up. Thanks!
