The Why Avisio is going to be edited to be about the site and needs moved up in the order of pages. Now it is a child of the portfolio page.
I also want to change some of the icons, is it just inserting the images I want to use there? thanks

If you want to adjust the order in the main menu, changing the order in WP Admin -> Appearance -> Menus is the way to do this, if you want to change the order of the tabs on the front page, just switch the order in theme options.

Membertheme options? Don't see where that is changeable under Avisio tabs.
Issues that I am trying to resolve :
home-based-travel.com
When you mouse over life a grind you see the actual link and the anchor text but when
you click on it the page does not show up and this link shows up in the address bar:
http://www.home-based-travel.com/a-damn-cool-prouctI want to link the four sections to each related post or section that is listed under Why Home Based Travel
which as you can see is part of the above issue is listed as well.Another issues is on some of the featured images the box needs to be smaller or instead of a square
maybe a rectangle. On the image of the three people the text box extends just past the edge of the
image on to the second image. Needs corrected.When the learn more is clicked on again it takes one to this url: http://www.home-based-travel.com/a-damn-cool-prouct
which is from the demo page.Also on the little icons that have been added not sure why edit is showing up there.
Under Portfolio I want to put a flv video, not sure this is done correctly but
put an image there so that when some clicked on it they would be able to see the
actual video, it does bring up a video but not the one that it is suppose to link to.I would like to move Why Home Based Travel next to Blog on the menu and have contact be last not sure
how to move them.If you have suggestions for the site please let me know. One other thing I may want to make the header
wider to put a different logo there. Have noticed on a few sites that some have moved the menu seemingly
closer together, also not sure how but the divider between the menu items extends just onto the border.How to make the footer not quite so long?
Cannot seem to locate on the blog where to edit features we offer. Would also like to show excerpts instead of
full blog posts if possible.Not finished but getting these corrected would be a big help.

MemberIt is not help I have problem with it is your tone and maybe you don't recognize it. Not everyone is as knowledgeable as you and if the answers were obvious to me or whomever then they probably would not be posted. No doubt at some point in your journey you did not know

Under Portfolio I want to put a flv video, actually linked it but is not playing so I removed it but would like to have one there. My understanding as you put an image there so that when some clicked the image the video would start to play if everything was correct.
Would also like to show excerpts instead of full blog posts if possible.The excerpts are not working and it set in wordpress and have even tried a plugin.
New issue - on homepage Why and the text is there and also when you click on the why at the very top it takes you to a page that has exact text and I don't want it in both places. How do I remove it from the home and have it show up at the other page?

Ok, there are quite a few questions so I'll try to cover them one by one:
The sites not loading for me at the moment, but I'll cover what I can without it. You may want to check your DNS / logs to see if there was any downtime.
1.) For the slider images issue can you post a screenshot? (can't see the site so don't know what the problem is :)
2.) Many video hosting websites offer embed code so you can directly include videos with this code. Or are you hosting your own .flv video?
3.) If you need a larger logo area than the default, you need to adjust the width and height in style.css (line 150). The default is this code:
#top .logo, .logo a { border:medium none; display:block; height:85px; left:0; margin:0; padding:0; position:relative; top:0; width:165px; }4.) If you have too much content in the footer, try reducing the number of widgets or on some widgets you have the option for the number of entries to display.
5.) What's wrong with the excerpts? Are they not displaying the content you define on the post editing page?
** Just as a side note, bumping a topic to the top of the front page will not get a quicker answer. Posts are answered in the order received (oldest first) so it actually has the opposite of the effect you desire...
