How do you change widgets in side bar for "default template"?

Hi support,

Can somebody point me in the right direction of where to change the code relevant to picking the default widgets that are displayed on pages where no widgets are set (eg templates) ?

Hi Dennes,

You should find it in Appearance > Widgets > Displayed Everywhere. Hope this helps. :)

Hi Ismael,

Thank you for your reply. What I meant with my question is that if you DON'T put any widgets in the display everywhere area, the code uses the pages / categories / archives widgets. Now how can I change that? Do I have to go into the code and if so, can you point me in the right direction please.

Sorry about that. Yes, you have to go into the code. Try to check the sidebar.php.
