I seem to have found quite a few answers for other themes, but nothing seems to work directly with Shoutbox.
I really like the slider and understand that you need to select a featured image in order for it to work and look properly. However, I do not like that the featured image then shows up on top of your post (mostly because it stretches the image and makes it look funny). I would like to disable this part of the feature so it doesn't show up at all.
Suggestions?

Hello,
You mean you want to remove the preview image on single post preview? Open includes > loop-single.php and find this code
echo $slider->display_small( avia_post_meta('_slideshow_type'));
Replace it with
//echo $slider->display_small( avia_post_meta('_slideshow_type'));
Or you can open functions.php and adjust the image size.
$avia_config['imgSize']['page'] = array('width'=>620, 'height'=>200); // image for pages
$avia_config['imgSize']['page_big'] = array('width'=>620, 'height'=>350); // image for pages (slightly bigger version)Regards,
