    Hi, great template – thanks.

    From my design url (http://www.estatepress.co.za/savilleconsulting.co.za/saville/) you’ll see I’m trying to place a specific header image of a client. I need to get the image to;

    1. Fit correctly – is there a size to use?

    2. More importantly – how do I remove the transparency layer that lies over the header image bg_shapes.png?

    Thanks

    Justin

    Hey,

    1) It depends on the screen resolution – the width is set to 100% of the screen resolution. I’d suggest to create a fade effect (which finally ends with the bg color).

    2) Use following css code to remove the background image:

    #header .submenu {

    background: none transparent;

    }

    Thanks! The css code removed the transparency as needed, awesome.

    Still struggling with that image. If I change the layout to boxed, what size should it be then?

    Sorry, one last one. If you look at my site above there is a large white space between the text box and the 3 columns. Thats not there in the demo – how do i remove it?

    1) The boxed version has a width of 1000px.

    2) Try following code in css/custom.css:

    .home #main.callout_active {
    padding: 10px 0 50px;
    }
