This is not easily possible. You can add a menu widget to the sidebar though. Go to Appearance > Menus and create a new menu. Then go to Appearance > Widgets and select the "Custom Menu" widget. Then select the menu you created in step 1 from the widget dropdown option.

By saying "at the bottom of main page", I mean the bottom of footer. Is it not possible still?

Hey!
No, but you can add a menu widget to the footer widget area or sidebar widget area.

Hi!
No, such a footer menu is not supported by the theme.

Hi,
Please look at this site which uses Newscast (I don't know what skin it it uses): http://hoteltechnik12.hotelundtechnik.de/2012/06/26/neues-vier-sterne-hotel-im-europa-park-rust/
And please look at the bottom of footer. You'll see this: http://imgur.com/hYH0H
I just want a menu like this at the bottom of footer where I can add menu items "terms of use", etc.
Do you have an idea how this customer of you had done this? I contacted with the site but could not take an answer.

Hi!
The user (heavily) modified the theme (eg both top menus are missing, new menu on the left side, new content area layout, etc.). Probably he hired a freelancer to customize the website or a webdesign company sold him the customized theme. Obviously your best bet is to contact them however I can imagine that they won't help you for free...
