how to add a SCROLL TO TOP^ link to the bottom of a page?

like the one at the bottom here:

I tried adding:

#top.page-id-1074 .hr a {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
color: #AAAAAA;
font-size: 10px;
padding: 0 4px 0 0;
}

and had no luck :(

Hey metropolitandetail,

Its actually a little bit easier than that. All you need to do is make a link to #top like this:
<a href="#top">scroll to top</a>
So if you want to insert a link into your page, you can put that into the HTML editor. You can also use the shortcode
[hr top]

To do a HR line and the link.
