Hi.
How would I go about adding the site title & tagline to theme options?
I'm sure that it would require adding the correct array to register-admin-option.php.
Would you please find out how to do this for me?

That isn't really something we are able to directly cover via support. You'll need to look into a freelance developer for that kind of customization if you aren't comfortable coding it yourself.
