MemberThe contact page is not the same one as the Submit news. I believe the contact page is part of Wordpress basic install and the submit news is part of the theme itself. The php used for the submit news is called submit_news.php. If you need a custom contact form you should be able to copy one from a site you like or use a plug in providing that functionality.
