I want to put the main page as SHOP but it isn't listed in the frontpage settings.
How to change the frontpage settings to SHOP.

Try to create a page and name it Shop or Store or anything you like and publish it(Pages > Add New). Then kindly go to Woocommerce > Settings > Pages. Look for the Shop Base Page and put select the Shop or Store then save it. After that trying going back to the frontpage settings if you can find it there.
