    Hi

    I integrated a new Facebook-Like-Plugin. And the appearance is awckward, because the fb-commentbox is transparent instead of solid.

    The plugin author says (of course) that maybe the theme-author can help to solve it. You can find the discussion here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-like-box-is-blocking-the-view-on-buttons?replies=5#post-4561909

    So, how can I do it? Any ideas, that would help me, solving the issue?

    That would be great!

    Hey,

    Please add this on your Quick CSS:

    .wp-socializer-buttons {
    z-index: -1;
    }

    .wp-socializer {
    z-index: -1;
    }

    .fb-like.fb_edge_widget_with_comment.fb_iframe_widget {
    z-index: 999 !important;
    }

    Remove browser cache then reload the page.

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Hey,

    It works on my end. I can see the fb plugin on top of the social buttons when I add this. If you have a caching plugin, please flush the settings. Again, remove browser cache then reload the page a few times to see the changes. Use this instead:

    .wp-socializer-buttons {
    z-index: -1 !important;
    }

    .wp-socializer {
    z-index: -1 !important;
    }

    .fb-like.fb_edge_widget_with_comment.fb_iframe_widget {
    z-index: 999 !important;
    }

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

    I tried all of the above. No changes.

    It looks okay in Firefox, even without any codeing. (by default)

    It does not look good in chrome and Safari.

    Which browser did you use?

    Hey,

    I’m using Google Chrome and it looks ok on my end. Let me give you a screenshot.

    OK, strange, but then I think I rest my case ;-)
