Tagged: banner image size
I have a ‘fullsize’ video banner on my homepage (www.webvideopro.co.uk) at the default size setting of 930px x 535, which works great.
However, I also need to have full width (930px) static banner images on the inner pages using the same style but only 450px high.
Is this possible and, if so, how? I’ve looked but can’t seem to work this out :-/
Any advice greatly appreciated.
If you change the height for the featured image size in the themes functions.php file:
$avia_config['imgSize']['featured'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>370); // big images for fullsize pages and fullsize 2D & 3D slider
You can then just add the image to your pages “Add featured media” area and select the layout “Fullsize preview image..” in the meta box”Page Layout” on the right hand side when editing a page.
