Ive read the documentation but I cant find how to add a simple vimeo video into the body of a page. All I get is a link.
Or could you point to where I need to look.

Hey,
To insert a video into the body of a page you need to use the embed code from the video site. For example:
<iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/14388330" width="400" height="250" frameborder="0"></iframe><p><a href="http://vimeo.com/14388330">Install WordPress 3.0.1 and Basic Settings</a> from <a href="http://vimeo.com/jamesmorrison">James Morrison</a> on <a href="http://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p>James
