    I am trying to fix the image size on the front banner. A few months ago i reduce the measurements of the front page under settings for the full size image on slide show. Right no i am trying to change it back to original settings and i cant locate where i can change the measurements for this setting.

    Second, under category i am trying to change the photo size from 80*80 to a banner that is 980*250. Is this possible?

    For the photos of product under shop- i have a mixture of photos that is in landscape mode and portrait mode. So they sit either side ways or up right. When its being displayed in 150*150 under shop, every photo have sections that are cut off. How can i fix this?

    I have downloaded the regenerate thumbnail as well as simple image size but none seem to be fixing the problem.

    Can i get some assistance here please????

    Did you change anything on functions.php?

    $avia_config['imgSize']['widget'] 		= array('width'=>36,  'height'=>36 );		// small preview pics eg sidebar news
    $avia_config['imgSize']['small'] = array('width'=>130, 'height'=>130); // small images for small blog overview images
    $avia_config['imgSize']['related'] = array('width'=>163, 'height'=>120); // small images for related items
    $avia_config['imgSize']['page'] = array('width'=>690, 'height'=>200); // image for pages and one column portfolio
    $avia_config['imgSize']['blog'] = array('width'=>530, 'height'=>255); // image for blog posts (big)
    $avia_config['imgSize']['featured'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>340); // big images for fullsize pages and fullsize 2D & 3D slider
    $avia_config['imgSize']['fullsize'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>930, 'crop'=>false); // big images for lightbox
    $avia_config['imgSize']['aviacordion'] = array('width'=>697, 'height'=>340); // big Image for aviacordion
    $avia_config['imgSize']['slide_thumbs'] = array('width'=>210, 'height'=>100); // small preview pic for slideshow thumbs

    /*preview images for special column sizes of the dynamic template. you can remove those if you dont use them, it will save performance while uploading images and will also save ftp storage*/
    $avia_config['imgSize']['portfolio4'] = array('width'=>210, 'height'=>120); // small preview pic for default portfolio (4 columns )
    $avia_config['imgSize']['portfolio3'] = array('width'=>290, 'height'=>150); // medium preview pic for 3 column portfolio
    $avia_config['imgSize']['portfolio3_sb']= array('width'=>210, 'height'=>120); // medium preview pic for 3 column portfolio with sidebar
    $avia_config['imgSize']['portfolio2'] = array('width'=>450, 'height'=>300); // medium preview pic for 2 column portfolio and small 3d slider
    $avia_config['imgSize']['grid6'] = array('width'=>450, 'height'=>120); // half sized images when using 4 columns
    $avia_config['imgSize']['grid8'] = array('width'=>450, 'height'=>120); // two/third image
    $avia_config['imgSize']['grid9'] = array('width'=>690, 'height'=>120); // three/fourth image

    If so please try to reset it back to normal then regenerate the thumbnails using the Regenerate Plugin.

    Your shop section looks fine. Some of the models’ head are slightly cut off but they are selling the clothes which looks centered and fine on the product image so it’s not a big deal IMO.

    Can you give me a category with the image that you to transform into a big banner?

    I would like to make the changes based on the link provided above.

    Under product category,i would like to add a banner for each products, and the banner size is 980 X 250. At the same time i would like to remove the defaul sorting, because i see two in there.

    Hi vsit,

    First you need to update your theme files as they are out of date for using WooCommerce 2.0+.

    The theme doesn’t support the fullsize category banner like you’ve indicated so you would need to have a freelance developer customize the woocommerce integration to allow for that.

    The theme update should fix the sorting duplication as well as quite a few other bugs.

    already updated wocommerce plugin but the sorting duplication is still there. any idea how to fix it?

    Make sure you’ve re-downloaded the theme files from Themeforest and then uploaded the new version on top of your current theme files so that you have the updated theme which is compatible with WooCommerce 2+.

    There isn’t any kind of notice within WordPress that will tell you the theme needs to update like the plugins do, so you need to do the update manually.

    I downloaded the most updated theme off the website and uploaded a file call MACOSX over writing the original one. Is this correct or am i missing a few other steps?

    I just want to add a something in addition to what i wrote above. I uploaded two files one is call Abundance and the other is MACOSX, however the duplication is still shown under shop.

    can you take a look and let me know how to resolve this.

    Please ignore the macos folder – it’s not required and it just contains temp. data:

    ok can you guide me through this? because i already uploaded the MACOSX folder. Can i just ignore that it was uploaded from new themeforest download, or do i need to find the old one re upload it then load the abundance folder?

    Personally I’d use ftp now. Navigate to wp-content/themes and delete the MacOsx folder. Then unpack and upload the uncompressed abundance folder into the wp-content/themes/ directory.

    I did exactly as you said. I deleted MACOSX folder and upload uncompressed abundance folder.

    Duplication is still there…

    Please help

    The theme still shows it is only at version 1.7 which was not updated to work with WooCommerce 2.0. The most recent version available on Themeforest is 1.9 and is the one you should upload and install.

    Just make sure to backup those files you’ve made changes to so you can re-add them in or just the changes to the files specifically.

    The link i have provided below shows an screen print of MacOsx folder deleted inside the wp-content/themes.

    The second link provided shows where i have installed the Abundance Theme Folder, in the theme and the abundance folder (Purchase code hidden if logged out) .jpg

    Any idea whats i did wrong here??

    Looking at the site now, it is up to date: (version 1.9).

    If you take a look at the link the default sorting is still duplicated even after the theme has been updated.

    How do i fix this?

    Come on admin, this threads been up for 2 weeks and i want to get this resolve soon.

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files: .template-shop.content .woocommerce-ordering {
    display: none;

    Typically, this would have been fixed with the update so I’m not sure why it wasn’t. Eg, on my live test install it doesn’t have the same issue. But this css fix removes it.

    Looking at that page all together, none of the fixes in the 1.9 update are applied so my guess is that even when updating, the woocommerce folder wasn’t properly updated and needs to be completely deleted on your wordpress install from inside the theme folder and re-uploaded from scratch.

    You can manually add a few of the bug fixes from this topic: (Purchase code hidden if logged out)

    But the update is the best route to fix them for good.

    Also to note, this thread was started for an unrelated topic to what these posts have been addressing within the past 6 days. My guess, is that the way in which you are updating isn’t actually re-placing the files completely on the server. So while the style.css shows 1.9, not all of the files are actually those updated in version 1.9.

    thank you admin for all your help. all fixed now…
