Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but I can't figure out how to get rid of the social media share buttons under the post/page content and portfolio items on the homepage i'm working on - http://www.quitcoal.org.au If possible i'd like to not have them on the home page or other pages such as 'about' et cetera (when I make them) but have them on the blog posts. Help would be much appreciated.

these social buttons seem to be included by some plugin you've installed, we can't provide support for external plugins.
(It is a plugin, right? I might be missing something here but I doubt it - am I?)
