How to have text styles show in blog excerpt text?

Gday Enfold support

Is there a way for the styling to also show in the blog excerpts? Eg. I have a h2 heading that is in the blog post, but when shown in the excerpt it is simply inline paragraph text, with no return, etc…. see this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/wKL6aerQTBK3

Thanks for any help you can provide for this.
