You can edit the actual contact form page on Pages panel then insert the link there.

What do you mean by tab? Can you please give us a link to the page with the “tab-navigation”?

Unfortunately Josue mis-read which theme you are using and with Choices there isn’t a way to add links directly to a toggle or tab. Sorry for the confusion there but in this instance the theme just doesn’t have support for that.

Dear Team – I would also like to insert a link in a “sign-up” form so that the reader agrees to the conditions and can open the page to see what the conditions are. I do not understand how to edit the contact form in “Pages”. What do you mean by “Pages”.
Also is there any possibility to create a “pop-up” window ?January 29, 2014 at 3:29 pm #216389
Oooops! Extremely obvious. I had no idea that I could actually add HTML directly into form windows
Thanks for the help!
Pop-up window: I have added the HTML target=”_blank” into the option.
If I want this to open into a “pop-up” window what should I add?
thanks!January 29, 2014 at 5:27 pm #216482
