    When changing menu structure, I made one entry quite long, and it looks like it increased the width of the sidebar.

    I can’t seem to get it back.

    take a look at the demo: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/shop/

    and take a look at mine: http://www.bar40bitters.com

    I increased the text size in hopes to make it look better, but ultimately, I’d like the sidebar narrower.

    Thanks!

    Hi jberks1!

    Your sidebar looks ok. Did you remove the menu description? You can adjust the padding of the sidebar box using this on your custom.css or Quick CSS:

    .inner_sidebar {
    width: 200px;
    float: left;
    }

    .sidebar .box {
    padding: 10px;
    }

    .content .box {
    margin-left: 211px;
    }

    .sidebar {
    width: 200px;
    }

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for the hack. Looks good.

    But funny enough, the sidebar code causes the background pattern in only the “shop” page to disappear

    .sidebar {
    width: 200px;
    }

    Hi!

    No, something else causes the issue. To fix it add following code to your custom.css file

    .sidebar .box {
    background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);
    }

    Cheers!
    Peter
