Hi i need advice.
How is the best way to put a Banner over of ALL the web. Maybe with a close button. I think put in HEADER.php a simple special.

Hi chugarland,
You need to add the banner to header.php file. Depending on how you want to serve the banner you would need to either setup a widget area or code the banner image directly into the header.php. If you could give us more details we may be able to help you further if you need it.
