How to remove front page slider

   Hi,

   Ive been trying to add a video into the front slider and since found out it cant be done but i still want to use the theme so i need to add another slider into the theme that will accept video.How do i remove the slider?

   delete following code in index.php:
   

   if(is_object($k_option['custom']['slider'])) $k_option['custom']['slider']->display('Mainpage Slider');
