    Hi,

    I have several questions about angular:

    1. How can I remove or hide the horizontal rulers, without deleting the space they create?

    Another option is leaving only the thin line and removing the thick colored part of the ruler on the left.

    2. Another question is about the buttons that allow you to move between portfolio items with + and – markers on them. How can they be changed to < and > ?

    3. And a third question: when enlarging a specific portfolio image or video on a floating window, above the window buttons I see their titles (above the x button it says “close” with an underline, above the play button it says “play”), and I’m not sure what caused it and how to fix it….

    Thank you very much!

    Niva.

    And one more question – how do I make all external links open in a new window?

    Hey!

    1.) To remove only the thick colored part add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at Angular->Styling:

    .seperator-addon{visibility:hidden;}

    to hide all rulers that are adde with the template builder or via shortcodes:

    .hr{visibility:hidden;}

    2.) replace the + and – in file includes/loop-portfoio.php at line 81

    3.) Not sure what you mean. mind posting a link to your site?

    4.) use this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/open-external-links-in-a-new-window/

    Hi, Thank you very much!

    1-3 worked out…

    I still have a problem with opening links on a new tab – the plugin works for hypertext, but not for Project URL on the portfolio gallery (the one indicated inside a portfolio item) – they still open on the same window. Any way to fix that?

    And another issue that I came across: around the “Partners” logos angular has a borderline (maybe a shadow of some sort) that I wasn’t able to remove. The same goes for the portfolio pictures, I managed to remove the frame lines with this on quick CSS:

    .inner-entry {

    border: none !important;

    box-shadow: none !important;

    }

    But there is still a line between the portfolio item name and the picture on the portfolio grid.

    How can I remove both the partners and portfolio borders completely?

    One more thing – is there a way to move the top social header (with the facebook link) to the bottom/footer?

    BTW – this is my site link: http://niva.ahome.co.il/wordpress/

    Thanks again, this forum is really great :)

    Hi Niva,

    The project url field will accept the link or plain text. So you can just add the target=”_blank” to the link in that field. Eg:

    <a href="http://google.com" target="_blank">Google.com</a>

    For the border, you need to remove all the browser prefix box shadows as well.

    .inner_column {
    -moz-box-shadow: 0 0px 0px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0);
    -webkit-box-shadow: 0 0px 0px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0);
    box-shadow: 0 0px 0px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.2);
    }

    The social icons in the header to the footer is a bit more involved. You would have an easier time just hard coding them into the footer.php file and then not using the theme fields.

    Devin

    Hi again,

    Thanks – the project URLs now open in a new window and it works well,

    But the separating borders still exist – both on the partners/clients logos in the home page, and underneath each portfolio item title… I put the code you wrote on the quick CSS. Should I have put it elsewhere?

    As for the social icons – Could you direct me to their code (on which file should I be looking for that code)? Also, for some reason the facebook icon appears in the middle of the screen and not on the right.

    More issues that I came across: on an android the responsive template works well with the portfolio, but a simple text page like the about page doesn’t work, and the video on the home page doesn’t appear on the mobile either. What could be the reason for that?

    This is the link to my site again: http://www.niva.ahome.co.il/wordpress

    Thanks,

    Niva.

    Hi Niva,

    The bugs are all probably coming from using WordPress 3.3.2 which isn’t compatible with the theme.

    So first thing to do is update WordPress as well as download and update the newest version of the theme from your Downloads on Themeforest and then update the theme files as well.

    Regards,

    Devin
