I know you thought it was cute and maybe even clever, but to tell you the truth...it's a bit annoying and I am tired of explaining to others that it not meant to be sarcastic or rude, but something the developer did (albeit a bit careless, if you ask me).
I suppose I could troll the files to find the text and figure it out myself :) ... no harm, just a bit odd.

the sentence can be found in anuglar\framework\js\avia_option_pages.js - search for following line:
text: 'Alright sparky!<br/>All Options saved, no problems whatsoever.',I'll report your comment to Kriesi. Maybe it's some kind of homage to the original WP "settings saved" message but I'm not sure. Based on all definitions here: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sparky I'd say that "sparky" is not the best choice....
