How to replace Home in the nav ?

I'm french and i would like to replace the Home Title in the nav menu. I didn't found where the template initialize this caracter chain.

Hey!

If you set up the custom menu function, WP Admin -> Settings -> Menus you can specify the exact text you'd like.

Hey Augustin ,

I had the same problem and that " WP Admin -> Settings -> Menus" solution works.

Just go to menus. Choose the pages u want . Add them to the right bar. And then just Drag n Drop to arrange the hyrerarchy . And save the menu ..
