how to stop the possibility of clicking on image to enlarge

Hi,
I ahve a number of images inserted into pages, some thumbnails, some other sizes. it seems to
be possible to click on the images and they open in a new window.
How can I disable this option?

Hi,
I just asked the same thing a few days ago - Here is the easy fix:

This can be done by removing the URL of the image. (When selecting an image press "none" next to Link URL).
