I've uploaded several themes before. I'm using FileZilla to upload after trying via the "install themes" tab in wordpress which did not work.
After unzipping the download I have this file available:
"newscast-4-in-1-wordpress-magazine-and-blog-source"
which I uploaded into my "www...wp-content/themes"
After uploading I got this error when refreshing the WP "themes" tab - BROKEN THEME - style sheet is missing
What now?
Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :)
