I am trying to set up a page that has about 50 links that will point to 50 towns each one having a story and picture.
I was thinking that each “town page” could be a post and I could display them in a “Blog Grid”. Do you think this is the best way to do this? Does the blog grid go into a page or a post? Can I have 2 blogs named “Towns” and “Blog”? How can I turn a dummy page or post to an active page?

Thank you for your help I am very new to WordPress.

    Sincerely,
    ira.

    Hi Ira!

Yes, you can use the Blog Posts element to show the posts. Create two pages name them Towns and Blog. Insert the Blog Posts element then select the category that you want to show on a specific page. Please watch these videos to learn more about the theme: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes

    Cheers!

    Hi Ismael,
I have tried this and the link shows up and it will navigate to the page but the image will not show up nor an excerpt. I have watched all of the videos and I am really having trouble with this. I have been at this for over 20 hours.
    Sincerely,

    Hi!

You need to define a featured image to each posts. Configure the Blog Posts element to show the “Title and Excerpt” under “Define Blog Grid layout” option. Please post the login details here as a private reply.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
