I can't find "set thumbnail" option on Wordpress POST Admin.

I use NESWCAST theme, but I can't find "set thumbnail" option for Setting a preview Picture. Where i can find this option? :-(

Hi audiowork,

On the righthand side of the visual editor, there should be a box called Featured Image. You can add your image there and it will be used as the thumbnail image.
