Hi Aaron,

I'm not sure about a video, but in the Theme Documentation for Woo Commerce step 7, gives you the basics on adding a simple product using the woocommerce plugin.

Its a different theme but setting up woocommerce is similar to flashlight: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/abundance/templates/video-tutorials/
