    Hello,

    I really love the broadscope theme ,but after 1 year, i would like to customize it, i find it a little bit too #ffffff ;-)

    So, here’s an image of my site and (http://www.peche-en-ardenne.com/peche.jpg). As you can see, i would like to change some little things.

    - In red, i want a background image

    – In green an other background image (maybe i could make only one background image for the red and green area?)

    – In pink, i would like a white (or an other color, not an image) background, for readability.

    – In yellow, is it possible to remove the blue sky, only on the index page?

    Is it possible to do all these changes and how can i do, i’ve searched, destroyed my test theme, but i don’t find the solution.

    Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.

    Hello. So, i found how to put a background in the header, in the custom css.

    I’ve also found how to put a background to the #main div, but only in the dark-skin or in the light-skin, it doesn’t work in the custom css.

    I’ve also found how to remove the blue sky, but if i remove the php in the index.css, there’s no slider in any page, that’s not what i want.

    But there is a last problem, how to put a white background to the 2 mains columns?

    Hey,

    1) The header section doesn’t offer a fullwidth div – you can only modify the body background and eg use a background image at the top to “simulate” a header background. You can use following code:

    body {
    background: background: url("your-head.png") no-repeat center top #fff;
    }

    2) You need to add the background to the main div – according to your second post you already found the solution. Maybe try to add the !important attribute if it doesn’t work in css/custom.css (and make sure that you clear the browser cache).

    3) Use following code

    #main .container {
    background: #333;
    }

    4) Try following code:

    #top.home .slideshow{
    display: none;
    }
