    Hey greentea05!

    Please try flushing browser cache and settings of cache plugin if you are using one. Also do you mind uploading icons you have uploaded in Dropbox and post the link in here?

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Hey!

    I mean icons zip file that you have uploaded in Enfold theme options, the ones you downloaded from Fontello.com. I would like to try uploading them

    Hi

    I have never uploaded any icons in Enfold theme option.
    I’m using only default ones.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    Which version of Enfold are you using? If not the latest 2.4.1, please try updating your theme to the newest one
    For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    What browser are you testing this with? On what OS? Have you tried to set up a test site without any plugins?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi

    I tested it on latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
    And I stopped any plugin and test it again, but it’s same.

    Thanks

    Hey!

    The plugin “wp multibyte patch” contains following code in wp-content/plugins/wp-multibyte-patch/ext/ja/admin.css?ver=3.6.1

    body *:not(textarea) {
    font-style: normal !important;
    font-family: sans-serif !important;
    }

    The font-family code overwrites all other font-family values – including our icon font family. Deactivate the plugin or remove the code from the wp-multibyte css file and the fonts should work again.

    Regards,
    Peter

    The problem was solved. Font icons are shown correctly.
