Icon List Boxed Background Color?

so i recently updated the theme to version 3.2, and i found a cool feature under the “Icon List” elements, it basically lets you add a “boxed color background” to the “content” of the icon list element, and it even let me set a radius for the corners, but now the feature is gone? i can’t find that feature anywhere now, also at the bottom of my website on the socket part of the code is visible as plain text, you can read “add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’);”
