    I am using the social media icons in the header and footer, plus icon images within the main site. 90% of the time the icon images are not appearing. Theses are the only images that do not appear.

    The issue occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

    The only plugin running is Jetpack.

    Hey achute!

    I checked your website on Chrome, Firefox and Safari on OS X 10.10 and icons show up just fine on my end on all browsers. Can you please try checking your website on another computer?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I’m not really sure what’s going on. They don’t seem to load when the page first loads, but as soon as any link is clicked, they appear. And this has been tested on multiple computers/browsers/locations.

    I’m stumped.

    Hey!

    They do not appear at all or they appear as squares? If they appear as squares, Please add following to your .htaccess file

    <FilesMatch "\.(ttf|otf|woff)$">
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
        Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>

    Somewhat similar problem here Yesterday I had our ISP copy my site from test location (test.nashtu.us) onto http://www.nashtu.us. WordPress login is still at test. but website address changed to root folder. My search icon and social media icons in header and menu areas suddenly turned into empty boxes on all pages. I just followed the above instructions re adding code to .htaccess file with no change. Any ideas? Thanks! LOVE ENFOLD.

    I’m sorry but you’re using an outdated version of the theme. Please download the latest version, 3.0.8, from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thank you Ismael! I have updated the theme. Do you have any ideas for me re the missing icons issue?

    This is solved — for me it was by changing the path of my website when I moved my site.

    Hi I am having somewhat similar problems..

    I have 3 domain names pointing to my blog;
    http://www.readmydamnblog.com (primary)
    http://www.kanmandet.dk (cname to http://www.readmydamnblog.com)
    http://www.klogmand.dk (cname to http://www.readmydamnblog.com)

    it appear that when using a cname record the social media icons fail to load, works fine on the “primary” domain name, but if I load the cname sites then the page loads ok but the social media icons are missing..

    Any idea how to resolve this?
