We're having images custom-designed for the slideshow on the homepage and were inquiring as to what the ideal dimensions for them would be. Our homepage will closely resemble the sample: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/coherence/welcome/#!prettyPhoto .
Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Hi,
Suggested image slider size is 990x360px. You can change that by editing your functions.php, find this code
$avia_config['imgSize']['featured'] = array('width'=>990, 'height'=>360 ); // images for fullsize pages and fullsize slider
Regenerate thumbnails.
