Perhaps you could take a look at what I've done at http://core-cambridge.com ? -- it all renders fine in firefox and chrome, but seems completely broken in IE9.
notwithstanding a few of the sizing/positioning changes, even just the h1/h2/h3 fonts, labelling on the accordion sliders, the labeling on the main page button and strapline don't seem to be working.

Kriesi released an update for IE9 some time ago. You can download it (for free) at http://themeforest.net - please replace the old theme files in the wp-content/themes folder with the new ones.

Yes, absolutely- you're right and I'm wrong; I thought I had the latest version but I didn't.
I was confused because the themeforest date was different to the latest release date. I've uploaded the latest bundle and it all works fine.
