You can download it (for free) at http://themeforest.net – please replace the old theme files in the wp-content/themes folder with the new ones. I was confused because the themeforest date was different to the latest release date. I’ve uploaded the latest bundle and it all works fine. Great stuff. Thanks a bundle.
