    Hi folks,

I’m using “/?iframe=true” to open portfolio post types in a lightbox. On a page with a masonry of portfolio entries it works, but below in the “enfold latest portfolio” widget (in the footer) it opens the link not in a lightbox but full screen (like target _blank).

What can I do, that a link in the widget with “…/?iframe=true” also opens a lightbox?

You can see the masonry and the widget in the footer (it’s the one in the column 2) at:

    Thanks for any help!

    Hey Stephan,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Those are two different components and just adding “…/?iframe=true” to the link does nothing.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

the “/?frame=true” is defined directly in the Portfolio Entries as a custom link (and just works in the Masonry but not in the footer widget).
It would be very helpful if you can give me a clue…

An admin access you fin below in private box.

    Thanks a lot,
    Stephan

    Hi,

The back end has additional “Authorization code” field. Could you please provide that info as well?

    Best regards,

    Hi Victoria,

thanks for your answer, but sorry, it doesn’t work here (on Chrome, FF, Safari). In the footer widget (the second one as written above)) it still works only in the front page.

    Best regards

    Hi,

The is using a very old version of the theme, 3.4.7. Please update to version 4.1.2. The update might cause a few issues so you have to reconfigure the theme options.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

uups, never got a notification in WP. And this is the next issue: I can’t update. When I got to Enfold options > Theme Update, it says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.7)”. And when I cklick on “Check Manually”, I get the WP Update page, which says Plugins/Themes/Translations: Everthing has the latest version?

What’s wrong there with WP+Enfold – and how to update now?

    Best regards
    Stephan

    Hi,

The current version is quite old so you might need to update it manually via FTP.

    // http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

We would like to apologize for the delay. We normally respond within 24 hours but in the wake of the latest theme update, we have received more inquiries than usual. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi Ismael,

thanks, the update made that work. But only that. Because now, arrghhh…, suddenly the updated Enfold kills the Master Slider completely with image-overlays and the fontello arrow on every linked slide image. I will document this and open a new thread (exept you’ve heard about this new issue and know the general solution…)

    Best regards,
    Stephan

    Hi,

I haven’t encountered issue related to the Master Slider but it’s probably just a cache issue. Please purge the cache and re-minify the scripts to refresh the site.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
