I’m trying to attach a YouTube link to the Beyond Certainty button at the foot of http://oxoproductions.co.uk/ but although the address is correct (applied thru Template Builder to a CallOut button) when you click the button on the live site the screen darkens and the pop up message “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.” appears. I have searched other similar queries but none of the proposed solutions that I’ve found seem relevant to the Template Builder environment. It would seem such a simple thing to achieve and worked fine before when the URL was not a YouTube link. Could someone please advise.

    Hi tobester70!

Please use goo.gl or tinyurl.com to hide the youtube link. You can add the class=”nolightbox” selector on the anchor tag to prevent it from opening the lightbox. Post the code that you use here so that we can edit it.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael
That fixed it, thank you, and now all makes perfect sense. Well, most… I haven’t added the class=”nolightbox” selector because I’m not sure what you mean by the “anchor tag” or where to find it – but is it important?
    Many thanks T

    Hey!

No, if you use a goo.gl or tinyurl.com url you don’t need to add this class to the link element :)

    Regards,
    Peter
