    Hi Folks,

    having trouble with images on site, if you look at http://www.gracefuloccasions.ie, the images are either blurry, and the heads of the models are cut off. I’ve installed and used the regenerate thumbnails plugin, but it’s not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Hi,

    Edit config-woocommerce > config.php, find this code

    $avia_config['imgSize']['shop_thumbnail'] 	= array('width'=>130, 'height'=>85);
    $avia_config['imgSize']['shop_catalog'] = array('width'=>450, 'height'=>450);
    $avia_config['imgSize']['shop_single'] = array('width'=>450, 'height'=>999, 'crop' => false);

    The second image ‘shop_catalog’ should have a 450x450px size. Yours only have 150×150.

    Please change that then go to Settings > Media > Thumbnail size, change the size of the thumbnail.

    Regenerate the thumbnails again.

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Hi

    Thanks for the reply! I’ve tried what you suggested, but still no luck. Anything else I could do?

    Thanks

    Hi Sheebah,

    Go to WooCommerce>Settings>Catalog . At the bottom of that settings page are image options. Make sure the Catalog Images dimensions are 450×450 as well.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Thanks Devin!

    Just fixing that now, what does the single product image need to be set at? (the product thumbnail is 90×90, right?)

    At least 330×330 but you could use larger than that (450×450) just in case you ever want to increase the container sizes.
