   Hey guys,

   If I wanted to get an image gallery similar to this example, which uses the same Wordpress theme as I'm using, how would I go about it?

   Hey,
   this site: http://209.59.150.117/~chica125/shop-2 uses Abundance: http://themeforest.net/item/abundance-ecommerce-business-theme/759562?ref=Kriesi and the page you linked to is a product page (it's the standard layout). Brightbox does not offer a similiar layout however you can use Nextgen Gallery: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/ to create a similiar thumbnail gallery.
