    Hey

    When viewing images on individual portfolio-item page, how do you edit size? I’ve tried to in media library but it doesn’t change.

    Thx

    Hey!

    You can change the image dimensions in functions.php or you can use a plugin like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

    Afterwards regenerate the images with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Regards,

    Peter

    Hi O5,

    If you mean the container size (since the images fill the container) it will need to be changed in the theme files. Open includes>loop-portfolio-single.php and look for:

    <div class="eight units alpha min_height_1 portfolio_container_image">

    <?php if($slider->slidecount) echo $slider->display(); ?>

    </div>

    <div class="four units entry-content portfolio_container_content">

    The classes for each section of a portfolio entry decide the size of the content in the 12 unit grid. So the slideshow is the “eight” and the content is inside the “four”.

    You can change the classes to some balance of twelve total units to change the size of the slideshow attached to a portfolio item. Example:

    <div class="six units alpha min_height_1 portfolio_container_image">

    <?php if($slider->slidecount) echo $slider->display(); ?>

    </div>

    <div class="six units entry-content portfolio_container_content">

    This makes the content and slideshow each 50% of the portfolio item area because they both use “six” units of the grid.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hello,

    Thx

    What about it doesn’t work? If the container is a different size then the image must shrink down to fit the container.

    Can you link to your live site with the changed container sizes?

    Devin
