Image link to an email / resizing logo header

Hi !

1) I would like open a new mail window when I click on the mail address on the photo ( contact page )
2) Actually, the logo ( in the header ) is on the perfect right size. When I scroll and that the header minimize, the logo is minimized too but too much ! How can I do the have a readable correct size ?
3) I tried to update the theme but the port of my host is 11021. How can I do to change it i WordPress?

An easy way if you don’t know how to do : modify your « hosts » file ( found in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc or in /etc/ for IOS) and add this line with your editor text (Notepad) :
