I have put a slider image full width on this page, but it does not show. All the other pages it will show why does it not on this page only?
thanks

Hello,
On Woocommerce > Pages > Assign this page as your Shop page.

Ismael
I did that already. It did not make a difference, there is still no header photo showing like on the other pages of the site. Any other ideas to try?
Thanks
Hi elames,
Try to go Settings > Permalinks. Then set it to default. Now, kindly go to Pages > Shop. Hover on the Shop and click View. If you can see the images using the default permalink, try to use again the permalink you have set before. This might sound weird but sometimes, refreshing the permalinks solves the problem. :)

Sorry that did not work. I cannot understand what it is with that page only that the header photo will not show.?????
Any other ideas??
Thanks
Hi elames,
Try to create a new page and name it something (like Store). Then go to Woocommerce > Pages, and assign the page(Store) as the Shop Page. Try to check if it shows up.

NOPE that didn't work either. I tried it adjustable, I tried using different sliders and none show an image. :-(
Any other ideas?? This is too weird. I don't see a reason why it should not show?????
thanks
Hi elames,
Unfortunately I'm out of ideas right now. I'll post again if I can think of a solution. As of now, I'll just tag the rest of the support team.

Afaik the shop page does not support slideshows (all woocommerce pages like "Shop, Thank you page, etc.") don't act like normal pages. Thus it's not possible to add a slideshow to the shop page. A workaround would be to great a custom template with a slideshow + a products element - however depending on the amount of products (and categories) this may not be an alternative (because the filters, etc. are missing).
OK Thanks Dude, this is what I finally figured out ..it is woo commerce fault. I am not going to mess with it any longer. the page can stay as is :-)
