    Hi

    Just bought the theme – and added the first page with the default galley (big pictures) – but they do not fit (head of the model is LOST) so the size must be wrong.. so – what would be the best size to make a gallery.

    I tried to seach – but I did not find the right one…. and the documentation did not spesified anything… so please help

    when you make the page in the wordpress admin area, scroll all the way to the bottom, and you’ll see the settings for how the images should be displayed

    Thank you! I see the setting – but if I want to have them best for screen – yea I know that different screen make different results.. but maybe there is a “Best Practice” for image sizing???

    Hey,

    You can change the slideshow/image dimensions in functions.php (I’d only adjust the height value). Afterwards regenerate the thumbnails with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Don’t quote me but from my own research I believe many people opt for 1280.

    Yes – I think something between 1000px – 1280px is the best compromise between file size and quality.
