Images and mp3 files

   Hello,

   1. How to insert images from URL to slideshow?

   2. How to add mp3 files of more than 2MB? Any third party sites to insert the mp3 files?

   Hi,

   1) I am assuming you mean images that are not on your server that you want to add via their URL.
   You would click the 'Add Video or Iframe by URL' button, its a big green button located on pages or portfolio items. And then you would paste the following code replacing the XXXXX with the url where the image is (example) http://www.domain-where-image-is.com/location-of-image.png
   

   <iframe src="XXXXX" ></iframe>

   so that the end result would look
   

   <iframe src="http://www.domain-where-image-is.com/location-of-image.png" ></iframe>

   2) files more than 2mb

   2mb restriction has to do with your host setting a limit within the php.ini file (which is outside your reach). It is best to contact them and ask them to boost it. Alternately you may add a code to your .htaccess file but it will work only if you are running your configuration a certain way (which only your host knows)

   Try adding this please to your .htaccess file (if you have no idea what i am talking about, then you are better off contacting your host.
   

   php_value upload_max_filesize 10M
   php_value post_max_size 10M

   Ask your host to boost the memory up to (think of biggest mp3 you plan on uploading , ( 100meg? ) and tell the host to set the following value within php.ini
   

   upload_max_filesize = 128M
